U.S. Citizen Living in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, Sentenced on Federal Drug, Firearms and Financial Structuring Charges

United States Attorney John E. Murphy announced that in El Paso this morning, 31-year-old Ramon Eduardo Gandara, a United States citizen living in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, was sentenced to six years in federal prison for drug trafficking, firearms and U.S. currency structuring violations. More »

ATF Offers $5,000 Reward in Gun Store Theft

Golson Sr., Acting Special Agent in Charge for the Dallas Field Division of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), announced that ATF is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those persons responsible for a burglary and theft that occurred on Sunday, Oct. 25, at Tulsa Firearms located at 5949 So. Garnett Rd. in Tulsa. Suspect(s) entered the business through the roof ventilation system and exited through a back door. More »

ATF Investigates Fire At The Enclave Apartment Complex

The National Response Team (NRT) of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), along with ATF special agents from Oklahoma City Field Office, Dallas Field Division, have entered the investigation of a major fire that occurred Oct. 19 at the Enclave Apartments, 1201 West Covell Village Drive, Edmond. Fifteen Defendants Sentenced in Mexican Drug Connection Case

Acting U.S. Attorney Thomas Scott Woodward announced that the last defendant in a major narcotics smuggling ring was sentenced in federal court in Tulsa today. Holly Jill Rodrigues-Munoz, 30, of Wann, Oklahoma is the fifteenth defendant to be sentenced in the last 60 days in one of the biggest drug trafficking busts in northeastern Oklahoma. More »
