           Importation of Bulk Wine and Beer in Bond
                                       

   WASHINGTON--The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms
 (ATF) has issued guidelines for the importation of bulk
 wine and beer in bond. The procedures provide guidelines to
 wine and beer producers in transfering bulk malt beverages
 and wine in bulk containers, from U.S. Customs custody, to
 Internal Revenue Bond at the producers’ premises.   

 Guidelines also include labeling procedures for imported
 malt beverages bottled or packed in the United States and
 procedures for labeling blends of imported and domestic
 malt beverages bottled or packed in the United States.
