Week In Review – Fort Wayne

Fort Wayne, Indiana – The United States Attorney’s Office announced the following:

Jermaine Cooper, 39, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, was sentenced by Judge Theresa Springmann to 265 months imprisonment and 4 years of supervised release after being found guilty at trial on counts 1ss, 3ss, 4ss, 5ss, 7ss, and 8ss of an Indictment charging him with distribution of crack cocaine, possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and obstructing justice. This case was the result of an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and the Fort Wayne Police Department. This case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Tina Nommay.
