Sentences

Frederick Willard Stidham, Jr. , 39, of Missouri, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on October 23, 2012, for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Stidham was arrested in Jackson, Wyoming. He received 235 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay a $2,400.00 fine and a $100.00 special assessment. This case was investigated by the Jackson Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Rogelio Rodriguez-Torres, aka Victor Rodriguez-Torres , of Mexico, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on October 23, 2012, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Rodriguez-Torres was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He received time served plus ten days, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Brandon Mason Bayne, 43, of Dallas, Oregon, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on October 22, 2012, for bank robbery. Bayne was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He received 18 months of imprisonment, to be followed by three years of supervised release, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and restitution in the amount of $21.00. This case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Juan Antonio Mendoza-Rodriguez, 37, of Mexico, was sentenced by Federal District Court Judge Alan B. Johnson on October 19, 2012, for illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien into the United States. Mendoza-Rodriguez was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He received time served plus ten days, was ordered to pay a $100.00 special assessment and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
