ATF Offers $10,000 Reward for Information on Armed Robberies
13 Armed Robberies of Philadelphia Area Pharmacies
PHILADELPHIA – The Philadelphia Field Division, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Special Agent in Charge Sheree L. Mixell announced a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the armed robbery of 13 pharmacies in the Philadelphia area.
Individuals who engage in firearms related violence, like armed robberies, threaten public safety. ATF is committed to investigating and removing violent offenders from our communities. said Mixell. We ask the public to provide any information that would aid investigators in identifying and arresting the person(s) responsible for the armed robbery of these pharmacies.
The joint investigations are being conducted by ATF, the Philadelphia Police Department, the Abington Township Police Department, and the Borough of Glenolden Police Department. The robberies involved the theft of prescription pills and money.
Investigators are seeking the publics assistance with any information that may lead to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the following armed robberies:
Investigators are asking the publics help with identifying the person (s) in the above store surveillance photographs taken during four separate robberies. The general description of the person (s) involved in the robberies is a white male, approximately 58- 6 in height, average build.
