Springfield Fugitives Added to ATF Kansas City’s Most Wanted

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) added two Springfield area fugitives to the Kansas City Field Division’s Most Wanted.

Larry Chamberlin and Paul McElwain both failed to appear in federal court following charges stemming from ATF investigations and are being sought by the US Marshals and ATF. Both fugitives should be considered armed and dangerous. No member of the public should attempt to apprehend these fugitives by themselves but rather contact law enforcement immediately.
