REOPENING OF COMMENT PERIOD
FOR PROPOSED RULEMAKING
ON LABELING OF UNAGED GRAPE BRANDY
Washington--The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) is reopening the comment period for proposed rulemaking on the labeling of grape brandy which has never been stored in oak containers. This notice reopens the comment period for Notice No. 826, published in the Federal Register on June 13, 1996. ATF has received a request to extend the comment period in order to provide sufficient time for all interested parties to respond to the issues raised in the notice.
