Joy Branch-Enderlin, Acting Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Kansas City Field Division, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) today announced that ATF is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the detonation of a pipe-bomb at the Lake St. Louis Electrical Cooperative Sub-station on Aug. 12.
