   Implementation of Public Law No. 105-34, Taxpayer Relief Act of 1997,
  Related to Hard Cider, Semi-Generic Wine Designations, and Wholesale
                           Liquor Dealers’ Signs

   

 Washington – The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), Department of Treasury,
 has issued this temporary rule implementing the provisions of Public Law 105-34, Taxpayer Relief
 Act of 1997.  The temporary rule is issued with a notice of proposed rulemaking. 

 Written comments must be received on or before October 20, 1998.
