On September  16, 2015, Erik Flores Elortegui was indicted in United States District Court for the District of Oregon for 18 USC  371- Conspiracy; Title 18 USC 924 (a)(1)(A) - False Statements in Connection with the Acquisition of Firearms and Title 18 USC 554 - Smuggling Goods from the United States.
