$25,000 ATF reward for information about Concord boulevard fire
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is offering a reward up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person/persons responsible for the fire at 1905 Concord Boulevard. On Tuesday, April 24, authorities responded to a three-alarm fire that destroyed the five-story construction complex. The site consisted of approximately 180 apartments within 265,000 square feet. The fire also threatened the adjacent Renaissance Square apartments on Concord Boulevard at Galindo Street, causing 250 people to evacuate.
Surveillance video captured the image of a suspect authorities believe to be the arsonist. The suspect was seen climbing a fence to enter the structure just prior to the fire.
