ATF and Rhode Island Arson Watch Reward Program Offer $10,000 Reward in West Warwick Attempted Arson

BOSTON - The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) Boston Field Division Special Agent in Charge Mickey D. Leadingham and Rhode Island Arson Watch Program announced today a combined reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the attempted arson of Big John’s Pawn Shop in West Warwick, R.I. on Oct. 21, 2016. The ATF and the Rhode Island Arson Watch Program are each offering a reward of $5,000, to bring the total to $10,000.
 
Surveillance video shows two suspects walking around the premises of Big John’s Pawn Shop, located at 1495 Main Street, West Warwick, R.I., and one of the suspects walks with a noticeable limp.
 
Investigators from the Rhode Island Fire Marshal’s Office, West Warwick Police Department and the ATF Providence Field Office are assigned to the investigation.
