ATF Offers $15k Reward for Information on Nov. 11 Seattle Fire

SEATTLE — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), in conjunction with the Seattle Fire and Police Departments, is seeking information on the November 11 fire at the Gascoigne Lumber Company in Queen Anne.

ATF is offering a reward of $15,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the individual or individuals responsible for the fire, which caused about $12 million in damage. The Arson Alarm Foundation is also offering a reward from its annual $10,000 reward fund bringing the possible total reward up to $25,000.

No injuries were reported in the fire.

Anyone having information on the fires should call ATF’s toll-free hotline at 888-ATF-TIPS (283-8477) or the Arson Alarm Foundation at 1-800-55-ARSON (1-800-552-7766), or by sending an e-mail to arsoninfo@arsonalarm.org, or on the organization’s website at arsonalarm.org.. People can also submit a tip through ATF’s "report it" app available at www.reportit.com , at Google Play and the Apple App Store. All tips are confidential and can be anonymous.
