ATF Offers $5,000 Reward in Sioux Falls Walgreen’s Pharmacy Robbery
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Investigators with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Sioux Falls Police Department are seeking information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the July 9, 2016, robbery of the Walgreen’s Pharmacy, located at 3620 W 41st Street in Sioux Falls. ATF is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible.
On July 9, at approximately 6 p.m., the Walgreen’s Pharmacy was robbed. An unidentified male, described as being Hispanic by store employees, displayed a firearm to an employee and passed a note to the employee demanding opioid medication and syringes. The perpetrator was captured on store surveillance cameras.
Investigators are seeking the public’s help in solving this crime and are hopeful that the reward will provide additional leads in this investigation.
