ATF Offers a Reward in Firearm Theft
CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has announced a $5,000, reward for information leading to the recovery of a firearm stolen from a Wilmington Police Department officer in Brunswick County, N.C.
On September 30, 2017, an unidentified suspect(s) forcibly entered a parked Wilmington Police Department vehicle and stole a machinegun. The suspect(s) fled the scene afterwards. ATF and the Wilmington Police Department are investigating this crime.
