ATF Offers Reward in Historic Mill Fire
ATF, TPD, ASFMO and Crime Stoppers Seek Public’s Help in Mount Vernon Mills Fire
TALLASSEE, Ala. — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in conjunction with the Tallassee Police Department, Alabama State Fire Marshal’s Office and Crime Stoppers, have announced a reward for up to $ 2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction for those responsible for a fire which occurred at the Mount Vernon Mills.
On May 4 2016, a fire occurred at the Mount Vernon Mills, 1 Tuskegee Road, Tallassee. Security cameras in the area captured a picture of a person/vehicle sought in possible connection to the fire.
