Firearms Stolen from Private Wyoming Residence

DENVER, Colo. — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Cheyenne Police Department are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of suspects involved in the theft of firearms and other items from a private residence in the 3900 block of Moore Avenue between Dec. 23 and 25.

The suspect or suspects entered the residence, and in addition to stealing about 50 firearms, made off with ammunition, cash, jewelry, multiple safes and a black 2012 Porsche Cayenne with a University of Wyoming Alumni license plate, plate number 8-135. The vehicle was recovered by Cheyenne Police Department, Jan. 6.

The firearms include rifles, shotguns and pistols.
