Bevalyn “Mibby” Barnes serves as a Management and Program Analyst in ATF’s Workforce Wellness and Services Division. She develops funding forecasts and manages annual budgets.

Former First Lady Michelle Obama and Misean Batson are her roles models because they promote wellness as a critical part of work-life balance.

Barnes believes that WOMEN ROCK! She’s glad that Women’s History Month allows women to be recognized for their accomplishments in society.

Her advice to younger women: “Practice work-life balance so that you can take care of YOU. You can’t contribute to society if you aren’t well.”
