ATF National Response Team Turns Over Glendale Commercial Fire Scene

DENVER — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) National Response Team (NRT) along with investigators from the Denver Fire Department, Glendale Police Department, and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) have completed the on-scene investigation into the cause of a fire to the commercial building that occurred Dec. 14 at 801 South Cherry, Glendale, Co.

After five days of extensive scene examination and numerous interviews, investigators have ruled the cause of the fire, at this time, to be undetermined, however the investigation into this fire continues.  The factors resulting in the finding of undetermined are not being released due to the ongoing investigation.

If information is developed in the future to indicate or warrant further investigation, the finding of undetermined can be changed. Agents from the Denver Field Division will continue to participate in this investigation.
