ATF Offers Up To $10,000 Reward in Fire to Sheridan County Attorney's Office
SHERIDAN, Wyo. — Special Agent in Charge (SAC) Luke Franey, of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), Denver Field Division; Chief Richard Adriaens, of the Sheridan Police Department; and Chief Terry Lenhart of the Sheridan Fire Department today announced a reward of up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for setting fire to the Sheridan County Attorney’s Office.
On June 4, 2014, at approximately 4:30 a.m., the Sheridan Fire and Police Department’s responded to a fire at the Sheridan County District Attorney’s Office, 148 South Brooks Street, Sheridan, Wyoming. Investigators have determined that the fire was intentionally set.
“ATF is committed to solving this investigation, and we are asking the community to come forward with information that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for this senseless crime,” said Franey.
This incident is being investigated by the ATF Cheyenne Field Office, Sheridan Police Department, the Sheridan Fire Department and the FBI. Anyone with information about this crime should contact the following agencies:
