Dustin Patrick Wilcox Sentenced To 270 Months On Oxycodone Trafficking And Money Laundering Charges


GREENEVILLE, Tenn. – Dustin Patrick Wilcox, a.k.a. "Weiner", 32, of Kingsport, Tenn., was sentenced on Mar. 3, 2014, by the Honorable J. Ronnie Greer, U.S. District Court Judge, to serve 270 months in federal prison for his leadership role in oxycodone and money laundering conspiracies centered in and around the Sullivan County, Tenn., area.

Investigation Yields Arrest In Lebanon Bombing


Lebanon, TN — Richard Parker, age 49, of Lebanon, was arrested and taken into custody today. The intelligence gathered and evidence collected provided enough probable cause to arrest Parker for this double homicide stemming from the explosives incident occurring Monday at a residence. The case was presented to a Wilson County Grand Jury and they returned indictments for two counts of Felony First Degree Murder and two counts of Pre-Meditated First Degree Murder. Parker is also charged with a count of Unlawful Possession of a Prohibited Weapon.

Vice Lord Leader Sentenced to 28 Years in Prison

Nashville Gang Member Convicted of Drug Trafficking and Firearms Offenses Near Elementary School


NASHVILLE, Tenn. – November 26, 2013 – Christopher Ray Moody, 29, of Nashville, Tenn., was found guilty yesterday by a federal jury of multiple drug trafficking and firearms offenses, announced David Rivera, U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee.  Moody’s crimes were committed from 2008 – 2011 and many were committed in and around specially protected areas around schools and public housing.
