Portland Man Sentenced to Seven Years for Pawnshop Burglary

SEATTLE — A Portland man was sentenced to seven years in prison for burglarizing the All That Glitters pawnshop in Tigard, Ore., on March 15, 2017, in which a trio of burglars took nine handguns.

The case was investigated by special agents and industry operations investigators from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Portland Field Office.

Jesse Napier, 28, of Portland, pled guilty to the burglary and being a felon in possession of firearms, receiving the seven-year sentence from U.S. District Judge Anna J. Brown on Sept. 6.  The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Leah Bolstad.

Napier pleaded guilty earlier this year to theft of guns from a federal firearms licensee and being a felon in possession of guns for breaking through the door of the All That Glitters pawnshop in Tigard in March 2017.
