Male Fugitive Erik Flores Elortegui
On September  16, 2015, Erik Flores Elortegui was indicted in United States District Court for the District of Oregon for 18 USC  371- Conspiracy; Title 18 USC 924 (a)(1)(A) - False Statements in Connection with the Acquisition of Firearms and Title 18 USC 554 - Smuggling Goods from the United States.  
Captured Male Fugitive Keyon Manning

An arrest warrant has been issued for Keyon Anthony Manning, aka Lamar Marcus Williams, in the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia, for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Distribution of Narcotics while in Possession of a Firearm. He is considered to be armed and dangerous.

Male Fugitive Oudit Narain Seenarain
On or about June 2005, Seenarain was arrested for federal firearms trafficking. Seenarain failed to appear for his court hearing and the Northern District of Georgia Magistrate Judge issued another arrest warrant for him. Seenarain is also wanted by the Sheriff's Office in Henry County, Georgia for Strong Arm Rape, Kidnapping and Sodomy. Considered armed and dangerous.
Male Fugitive Efrein Gonzalez
Efrein Gonzalez is the target of a firearms trafficking investigation which originated in Hobbs, New Mexico. On April 13, 2011, an warrant was issued for Gonzalez, in the Western District of Texas, for illegally smuggling firearms into Mexico. Gonzalez has several strong and loyal ties to the Zeta Cartel in Mexico and is considered armed and dangerous. Male Fugitive Paul McElwain

Paul McElwain is wanted on an outstanding warrant for violations of conditions of his release prior to trial.  McElwain is charged with being a felon in of possession of a firearm, being a fugitive in possession of a firearm and additional counts regarding false statements. Case 06-03064-01-CR-S-RED; pursuant to a court order charging McElwain with a violation of 18 U.S.C. 3148. McElwain was previously indicted in the same case for violations of 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(1) and (2) – Felon/Fugitive in Possession of a Firearm; 18 U.S.C. 922(a)(6) – False Statement to a Licensed Dealer; 18 U.S.C. 1001 – Making False Statements and 18 U.S.C. 1028 – Unlawful Use of Another’s Social Security Number and Date of Birth.

Male Fugitive Michael Duane Strain

Michael Duane Strain is wanted by ATF's Kansas City Field Division on an outstanding warrant. Strain is charged with two counts of being a Felon in possession of a firearm.  Strain may be hiding in Minnesota.  CAUTION – Strain should be considered armed and dangerous.  Strain has previous convictions for flight from law enforcement and possession of an explosive device.

Male Fugitive Paulo Lopez-Garcia

On May 25, 2004, Lopez, along with a number of other accomplices, robbed a pawnshop at gunpoint in Sheridan, Colorado, which is part of the Denver Metropolitan Area. It is believed that Lopez was armed with a 9mm semi-automatic pistol. The suspects stole a large number of firearms, cash, jewelry and electronics equipment. Some of the store employees were assaulted during this incident. The suspects fled from the scene in a stolen SUV that was subsequently recovered. The suspects wore light blue bandannas and baseball caps to conceal their identities. It is believed that the suspects, with the exception of one white male, were all male Hispanics in their twenties.

Male Fugitive Stephen Campbell
Wanted for attempted first degree murder and possession and manufacture of a destructive device. He has been spotted in the Virgin Islands. Maybe using an alias and possibly in the Houston/New Orleans areas. A Federal warrant was issued on April 25, 1983, in Wyoming, charging him with manufacture and possession of a bomb. Male Fugitive George Anthony Orfanos

Orfanos is wanted for setting a fire which destroyed a $4.5 million mansion in Sacramento, CA. He is known to have lived in the Atlanta, GA, area as well as in Sacramento, CA. Orfanos has a pronounced Greek accent and speaks “broken English.” A Federal Arrest Warrant (92-312JFM) was issued for Orfanos on December 17, 1992, in the Eastern Judicial District, Sacramento, California. The warrant charges Orfanos with Conspiracy (18 U.S.C. 371), Arson (18 U.S.C. 844(i)), Arson to Commit Felony (18 U.S.C. 844(h)(1)), Mail Fraud (18 U.S.C. 1341), and Interstate Transportation of Fraudulently Obtained Property (18 U.S.C. 2314).

Male Fugitive Miguel Martinez

Miguel Martinez, a two-time convicted felon and ranking member of the Insane Deuces street gang, is wanted on Federal charges stemming from his involvement in a conspiracy to commit violent crimes and distribute illegal drugs. Martinez is charged, along with his co-conspirators, with conspiracy to commit multiple shootings, homicides and other firearms-related violent crimes during a gang war with rival gangs in the summer of 2002. Martinez, a former resident of Chicago’s western suburbs, has been reported to still be in the Chicago metropolitan area.
