Bryan Miller is the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the New York Field Division for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). He is responsible for ATF criminal enforcement and industry regulatory operations in the state of New York. 

Prior to this selection, Mr. Miller served as the Special Agent in Charge, Newark Field Division.  Previous leadership positions include the Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) of the Newark Field Division and was previously an ASAC in the Philadelphia Field Division from June 2020 to June 2022. Additionally, he was the Group Supervisor of New York Group I, New York Field Division, where he oversaw the arson and explosives mission for ATF in New York City.

Mr. Miller began his ATF career in 2003 as a Special Agent in the Miami Field Division and later worked in the Los Angeles and New York Field Divisions. In June 2016 to June 2017, he served in ATF Headquarters as a Program Manager in the Office of Field Operations, Field Management Staff, Investigative Support Branch. Mr. Miller also previously served as a police officer in the city of Pensacola, Florida from 1997 to 2003. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida.
