Is an airport runway or taxiway considered a public highway for purposes of the table of distances for storage of explosive materials?
How is shock tube regulated by ATF?
Does the law make some classes of persons ineligible to receive a federal explosives license or permit?

After conducting an inventory of our explosives on hand, we noticed one case of dynamite missing. After double checking all DSMTs, invoices and delivery sheets, we still cannot reconcile the discrepancy. What are we required to do?
Gunsmiths
Does a licensed gunsmith have to conduct a NICS background check before returning repaired or customized firearms?
May a licensed gunsmith receive an NFA firearm for purposes of repair?
