Downloading the Application
Downloading the application could take up to approximately 30 minutes; however, the average download time is approximately 5 minutes. Prior to using the e4473 application, users MUST update their default settings to Microsoft Edge for Windows OS or Preview for MacOS to properly view PDF documents. Please refer to the instructions below to update your default settings:

If using an older version of Windows, to print a completed ATF Form 4473, you must save the PDF file to your computer first. Then, open the saved file and print the form. For more information, please view Printing e4473 PDF Using Older Windows Operating System.
If not using the current version of Microsoft operating system, ATF cannot guarantee that:
- ATF will be responsible for resolving defects
- e4473 application will operate and print as expected
