Paperwork Reduction Act Extension of an Existing Information Collection
Purpose
The Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 requires agencies to publish proposed information collections in the Federal Register for public comment before an agency can use the process (generally a form) to collect information from the public. The proposed information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on June 27, 2016. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, this notice provides 30 days for public comment on the extension of an existing collection. The proposed information collection pertains identifying waste products generated as a result of the operations by the applicant and the disposal of the products. The information will help determine if there is any adverse impact on the environment.
