The Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 requires agencies to publish proposed information collections in the Federal Register for public comment before an agency can use the process (generally a form) to collect information from the public. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, this notice provides 60 days for public comment on the extension of an existing collection. The proposed information collection pertains to requiring the records of a discontinued explosive materials business or operations to be delivered within 30 days following the business or operations discontinuance to the ATF Out of Business Records Center, 244 Needy Road, Martinsburg, WV 25405.
