$5,000 Reward Offered for Information Regarding the Death of 11-year-old Girl
CINCINNATI — The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is announcing a reward for information leading to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for the murder of 11-year-old QueenEr'Re Reed on Thursday, January 1, 2026.
Police responded to the intersection of West Liberty Street and John Street at the Laurel Playground in Cincinnati's West End at about 6:30 p.m. New Year’s Day and found the victim. She was transported to Cincinnati Children's Hospital, where she ultimately succumbed to her injuries. ATF is assisting the Cincinnati Police Department with the investigation into this incident and is providing all available resources to bring this offender(s) to justice.
Any loss of life to gun violence is tragic and the loss of an innocent child is particularly troubling. This incident can serve as a reminder that the ATF still has an active reward for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for causing the death of 11-year-old Dominic Davis on November 3, 2023, which also occurred in the Laurel Playground.
