The Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 requires agencies to publish proposed information collections in the Federal Register for public comment before an agency can use the process (generally a form) to collect information from the public. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, this notice provides 60 days for public comment on the revision of an existing collection. The proposed information collection pertains to collecting information that will help ATF determine whether training programs are consistently meeting objectives and impacting the performance of the individuals in their work place.
