Purpose
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (“ATF”) proposes amending Department of Justice regulations to authorize federal firearms licensees (“FFLs” or “licensees”) to generate, maintain, and store records in an electronic record-keeping system.
