Extension without Change of a Currently Approved Collection
Purpose
All holders of Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) explosives licensees or permits must report any change in responsible persons (RPs) and possessors of explosives to ATF, within 30 days of the change.
