New Information Collection
Purpose
The Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 requires agencies to publish proposed information collections in the Federal Register for public comment before an agency can use the process (generally a form) to collect information from the public. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, this notice provides 30 days for public comment on new collection. The proposed information collection pertains to The Reciprocity Questionnaire—ATF Form 8620.59 will be used to determine if a candidate for Federal or contractor employment at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) previously completed a background investigation
and/or polygraph examination with another Federal agency.
