Paperwork Reduction Act Revision of a Currently Approved Information Collection
Purpose
The Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 requires agencies to publish proposed information collections in the Federal Register for public comment before an agency can use the process (generally a form) to collect information from the public. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, this notice provides an additional 30 days for public comment on the revision of a currently approved collection. The proposed information collection pertains to the use of the Supplemental Information on Water Quality Considerations-ATF Form 5000.30 by a person engaged in the business of manufacturing explosives to ensure compliance with the Federal Water Pollution Act, 33 U.S.C. 1341.
