Supplemental Information on Water Quality Considerations (ATF Form 5000.30) (OMB Number 1140-0097)

The Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 requires agencies to publish proposed information collections in the Federal Register for public comment before an agency can use the process (generally a form) to collect information from the public. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, this notice provides 60 days for public comment on the extension without change of a currently approved collection. The proposed information collection pertains a person engaged in the business of manufacturing explosives, who is required to have a license under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. 843. The Federal Water Pollution Control Act, 33 U.S.C. 1341 authorizes the execution of the Supplemental Information on Water Quality Considerations- ATF 5000.30, during the application process to ensure compliance with the Act.
