Circumstances of Death

Prohibition Agents Howard Henry Fisher and Cary Freeman were executing a Federal search warrant at the home of James Chambers in Norfolk (Titustown), VA.  While the agents were searching the house, Chambers retrieved a hidden gun and killed both agents.  Chambers fled, but was hunted down and killed by a Federal posse soon thereafter.
